Day 2

DAY 2 (Feast)

Weight - 62.8kg

Day 1

OK, I'm digging this blog out from wherever it was buried.
It's getting a little makeover.
I'm turning it into a food log.
Each morning I am going to write what I am allowed to eat for the day.
At the end of the day I'll see how I went.
My goal is to lose weight and get under 60kgs in however many days it takes.

And I'm also trying something new that I read about somewhere.
I read that the body responds well to days in turn of famine and feast.
So, because I always try out these new fandangled ideas, I'm giving this one a go.
Most fads work, if you stick to them.
It's my stick-to-it-ness that's always been my problem.
Let's see how long I last.....

DAY 1 (Famine)

Weight - 63.8kg

Breakfast - 1 slice of Vegemite toast
Morning Tea - fruit and yogurt
Lunch - 1 slice of left over homemade pizza, cuppa soup
Afternoon Tea - lavash bread chips with hommus
Dinner - fish and vegetables

How did I go?
Not too bad, but extras that I ate that were not on my list were 1 slice of bread with butter, bacon that my kids didn't eat for dinner, a spoon of ice-cream that my kids didn't eat, 1 biscuit.
